Hi all,

 

Is there a web site list somewhere that talks about ratios of various

types of beans to brown rice for best protein amino acid utilization?

And/or milk; but I would prefer skipping milk.

 

I am also very interested in data that break down the type/amount of

amino acids in various bean, rice, vegan types of food.

 

I have checked with Google, but hits, so far, don't go beyond surface

level stuff like mix beans with rice.

 

My goal is to get as close as possible to the amino acid profile of egg

whites ( I am physically active, sports, lift weights) and not go over

board on calories.
