One new addition at VegFair this year will be the opportunity to buy hot food! We have worked closely with the Convention Center, who will turn their catering operation VEGAN for the day. What's on the menu? How about a Vegan Burger with Spinach & Mushrooms? Or a Black Bean Vegetable Wrap? Roasted Vegetable Foccacia Sandwich with Balsamic Dressing? All this and much more will be available for your dining pleasure... Yesterday we detailed the four morning educational presentations. Today we focus on the four afternoon sessions.
