" <info Monday, February 03, 2003 12:42 PM Clarification from B & J Hi all, i just wanted to update you all on our communications with Ben & Jerry's. It seems there was a problem with what the people who were answering e-mails were doing and what the Marketing guy told me would be done. He told me everything has been fixed now. According to him, when people now contact Ben & Jerry's their comments will be tabulated. They will only be responded to if they have a question. Their statement will be similar to the one that was sent to me from their marketing guy and i sent to you all about the fact that they are listening.
