Lobby Legislators for CA veggie school lunch/ACR 16

Hi all,

 

Barbara Gates of Project Healthy Beginnings, www.veggieschoollunches.com,

will be in the State Capitol to hand-deliver the letters we collected at our

booth at VegFair on the afternoon of Thurs., Feb 20th.

 

She wrote me: " Any chance someone from your org would like to join me? I

think it might prove to be very influential. Just if you think someone

might enjoy the experience - I love it! "

 

I think it is a powerful statement to deliver hand-written letters to the

legislators from their constituents. So, if you're interested in joining

And if you didn't get a chance to write a letter with us at VegFair, there's

still plenty of time to do one on your own. The URL above has all the info.

In the next few days I'll get the sample letters that we used at our booth

up on our website and let you know when they're available (just in case

anyone has writer's block).
