For those of you unfamiliar with the work of Dr. Richard Schulze, you may want

to check him out on your spare time (or very soon if you are concerned about

your health). Some people who have heard of him are turned off by his blatant

and voracious mailings and comments, but those who have given him a chance and

read some of his work, are at the least impressed and at the most, saved from a

so-called terminal illness.

What you sometimes see is not always what you get, thus you should look deeper.

Dr. Schulze does promote herbs but he does not say that they are neccessary to

maintain a healthy vegan lifestyle. Supposedly he healed himself from heart

disease as a youth and has been vegan ever since. He is not allowed to practice

in the US as the feds have taken away his license (for curing people who

terminal diseases). I suggest for anyone interested in his work to contact the

American Botanical Pharmacy at the # below and ask for his publications. (Some

of it can be found on the website.)

Personally I have found that the most trustworthy way to maintain a healthy

lifestyle is to educate thyself. Seeing a naturopathic doctor is great but they

don't often have a wide-spanning view of all the possibilities out there. You

are responsible for your own health. Without our temples (bodies) healthy, how

can we do the work we were put on earth to do?

Here are the resources that I have found to be some of my most favorites:
