Guest guest Posted February 6, 2003 Report Share Posted February 6, 2003 While we're on the topic of vegan alternatives at Trader Joe's, you also might want to consider asking that they try something other than honey as a sweetener - which is used in *a lot* of their products. Any increased costs to change to organic cane sugar or high fructose corn syrup would be more than offset by the increased sales to ethical vegans.
