Tonight (Friday, 2/7) from 6-9pm we are having a reception for the new art installation by Oakland mixed-media artist (and vegan) Chris Duncan. We'll be displaying his art for the next 2 months. Please drop by to enjoy and support his work. And exciting news on the cookbook front... We are currently the only store in the US to be carrying the Garden of Vegan (Tanya Barnard and Sarah Kramer's follow-up to their very successful and wonderful book How It All Vegan). It is not officially out in the States until April. We sold most of our copies at Veg Fair last weekend (thanks to everyone who stopped by our table!) but will be getting a new shipment next week.
