Guest guest Posted February 24, 2003 Report Share Posted February 24, 2003 Hello all, It has been brought to my attention that the Rocket Dog Rescue event coming up on March 1st is planning on serving a dish with chicken and pasta (this was not mentioned in the announcement I received and forwarded to ; someone else found out separately). In the announcement I forwarded, cashmere for sale was mentioned, which I did not notice. While I know that Pali, RDR founder and organizer, makes every possible effort to provide vegan food and items, she tells me she has to accept what food and item vendors and donations she is able to garner. So if you are a vegan food/item vendor, or know of any who are equipped to set up their own booth, and are interested in helping to remedy the difficulty she has had in finding vegan options for her events, please contact her directly at her website http://www.rocketdogrescue.com I will be more careful in future about posting announcements, and will simply not post if I am not able to find out myself if the event is vegan or at least vegetarian.
