SFSU new animal advocacy group Student Voices for Animals-SVA

I am a new student as SFSU and I am starting a new

animal advocacy group and I am looking for other

people who are interested in joining with me to spread

the word of compassion to the students. I would like

to work on getting more vegan options available to the

students in the cafeteria as well as dissection

alternatives. I would like to establish a presence at

Malcolm X Plaze during the lunch hours doing vegan

outreach explaining how adopting a plant based diet is

better for the animals, the enivironment and their

health. I would like to have bi-montly meetings to

talk about what other things are important to us and

strategies as to how to maximize our time and efforts.

Other things that I want to have are speakers, movies,

debates, and lots of vegan food. I am excited about

this group and I already have a faculty advisor and

most of the paperwork done. Now I just need to make

fliers, make a first meeting date, and then hope that

there are others who are interested in doing this with

me for the animals.
