If you were planning to support ACR16 at the hearing in Sacramento tomorrow, please take note that it is no longer on the roster! " For those of you not keyed-in on the political lingo, that means both the Democrats and the Republicans agree to the measure -- it will be forwarded to the " Consent Calendar " which is voted on as a whole (without testimony), usually at the end of the meeting. Thanks to all of you who went to bat for this measure, sent in support letters, and offered to testify...as of now we're in the clear. Keep the support letters coming, though!
