[SFBAVeg]Invite to my Vegan Food Party

Hey Everyone,

I'd like to invite you all to my home in San Francisco for a vegan food party

on Sunday, June 8th from Noon until 4 PM!

Details:

I hope many of you will be able to join me. I live in the Parnassus Heights

area of SF just above Cole Valley and not far from Keezar Stadium. For those

of you who have allergies there is a part time cat on the premises.

Here's what you'll need:

-- your appetite

-- vegan food dish to share. each person should bring a dish that provides 6

generous servings. if there are two of you, one dish providing 12 servings

works great, too!

please take some pride & care in your contribution! bringing a bag of chips

OR single-serving of a prepared/prepackaged food item is not acceptable. for

the few who don't know, there IS a difference between six servings of food

versus six small pieces of food.

-- Autographed recipe of your food item (folks may have certain food

preferences or food allergies to wheat, nuts, etc.)

-- your own eating plate/utensils/napkins ( I may actually have enough

plates, forks, cups and napkins but it's hard to tell how many people will

show up at this point so you might want to bring this stuff just in case) and

any serving ware needed

-- games, announcements, etc. -- optional

-- family/friends/companions who always ask " What do you eat? "

Note: If you need help or some suggestions for food, please ask the list

or check out recipes from past Vegan Food Parties

For these parties, I highly encourage/recommend/welcome you to " experiment "

and " test " your new vegan recipes on us.

I live in a very small cottage which will only hold so many people but there

is room outside in a garden with some seating for people to enjoy, however if

it rains this event may need to be postponed. There just wouldn't be enough

room for everyone inside.
