Participants will sample tasty vegan treats! Teacher: Alex Bury is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. She is the executive chef at Sparks Restaurant and the Professional Chef Training Program in Guerneville, California. Saturday, April 26th 2003 Time: 12noon to 3pm.
