Need sugg on someone who can Ethically gather bees

I have a client in Novato who, unless I can find someone soon, will

spray and kill bee hive(s) in his attic.

 

His business is run from a 2-story Victorian house and there is an

opening from outside (their fault they didn't close it up) the house

and they have moved in and swarm around the front door. (They don't

bother me, but do him, his clients, UPS, etc.)

 

I found a honey woman who gathered the hives from the fence but this

is " above her head " and cannot assist them (the bees). As a vegan

almost 30 yrs it took me awhile to even think of honey...finally,

located her.

 

Obviously, humans are in the way, and they just need a home. They

sprayed/murdered them last year, then didn't block off the

opening...so, of course, they smelled the honey left and moved in

again. And, although he has a lot of $$$, he really won't spend the

$500 a man quoted me Mon.

 

Know anyone who will do this either Free or very Cheap???
