Guest guest
Howdy all- I am looking to find a good source of vegan dog food (probably dry, maybe wet) that will be nutritionally complete for my furry friend. Does anyone know of any good brands, and where to get them? I'd really appreciate any insights anyone might have. Thank you! peace & joy -alicia The New Search - Faster. Easier. Bingo. http://search. Guest guest
I'm not sure, but Trader Joes might have some. I know for sure they have all veggie dog biscuits. tony On Monday, April 28, 2003, at 11:47 AM, Alicia Moore wrote: > Howdy all- > I am looking to find a good source of vegan dog food > (probably dry, maybe wet) that will be nutritionally > complete for my furry friend. > Does anyone know of any good brands, and where to get > them? > I'd really appreciate any insights anyone might have. > Thank you! > peace & joy > -alicia
Guest guest
Up until a few years ago when my canine ward, Sabra, passed away, I used to buy both vegan kibble and vegan canned food for her made by a company called Nature's Recipe. She loved them, especially when the canned food was heated and mixed with the kibble. The products are sold in " pet " supply stores along with other dog foods by the same company. The veggie foods can also be ordered upon request from any store carrying other Nature's Recipe dog foods. A few calls to local " pet " food shops should yield a local source for the products. According to the company's web site at http://www.naturesrecipe.heinzpetproducts.com/pages/dogproducts/allergy/vege tarian.asp: " Nature's Recipe Vegetarian Canine Formula was created to give your adult dog a diet free of animal protein ingredients that can cause skin and coat problems in dietary-sensitive dogs.
