Guest guest
We had a great time in April's Vegetarian Cooking Class featuring Mediterranean dishes, and I have a feeling May's class will be very popular, as we plan to " Demystify Tofu and Tempeh " ! As usual, we plan to demonstrate delicious dishes, to debunk myths regarding plant-based eating, and to have a lot of fun! We'll also be offering a raffle, sponsored by VegNews (www.vegnews.com), the winner of which will receive a one-year subscription to VegNews, an inspiring, resourceful, information-packed publication, filled with vegetarian news, interviews, travel tales, recipes, book reviews, events, veg products, and so much more!
