Guest guest
Greetings, The vegan cat food that I buy has the taurine and high protein that my cats needs. Prior to the dry vegan food, one of my cats has very bad gas/stomach problems. When we switched both cats over to Evolution Cat Food (Formulated to meet the nutritional levels established by the AAFCO cat food nutrient profiles for all life stages. Manufactured by a vegan owned company that makes exclusively vegan pet foods (no meat products!).) and she has not had any stomach problems for over 2.5 years. She had previously been eating Nutro food. The cats also like the taste. If you think you should not force cats to eat vegan cat food than maybe you should not force them to eat cat food at all and have them bring you home a dead bird that they found. I find that the vegan food is much healthier than the non and it has all ingredients that I understand (have you ever read the ingredients in the majority of non-vegan cat food)...besides being a vegan, it is food that I would not want to eat... I know that not everyone will agree with me; however, this has just been my experience/opinion. Also, what does everyone think of Trader Joes versus Whole Foods or Rainbow. Trader Joes was always seen as the yuppie wannabe natural foods store (not super high quality ingredients for high prices) and Whole Foods was a little better. Rainbow to be is more local and is all veggie to begin with... Toni, DJ Veggie (AKA DJ Madame Bovary)
