AND Marni said she would make a Vegan Birthday Cake to celebrate our " half

year " birthday! Hey, any excuse for Vegan Cake... I wonder if we could

start celebrating monthly...

 

For those who don't cook, you could also bring a vegan pizza from Panhandle

Pizza...... :-D

We had a great lunch at Shangri La, good food and service, and lively

conversation. It's interesting that sometimes veg restaurants that have

been open for a long time, like Shangri La, often go unnoticed... but they

must know what they are doing to stay in business for so long.
