Hello everyone -

I'm new here, and I really need help quickly. I'm giving a

small speech and I would love the help of a visual aid, a video

that

promotes veganism by showing factory farm cruelty. Please, please

help me. I'm willing to buy a video online. Thank you so much!!

Hi Theresa!

Earthsave offers such videos. Where are you? so we can find you

the closest Earthsave chapter to send you the video the quickest.

www.peta.org has some rather truth-filled (harsh to

someone who doesn't understand what cruelty is) videos.

In the Vegan Shopper (£3.99 from www.vegansociety.com) it says that you can eat

Kelloggs Coco Pops, Frosties, Rice Crispies, Cornflakes, Weetabix etc. It

doesn't list Froot Loops, Cheerios, Special K as far as I can see.

Help!

Hey everyone!

I can't afford the organic cereals I was eating anymore. I've been

trying to find some namebrand vegan cereals, like Kellogs, General

Mills, or Post. I heard that Froot Loops are vegan. Is that true? But

what about Total, Special K, Cheerios, etc.? I could really use the

help! Thanks!

In the US and Canada, most 'frosted' cereals use gelatin. Also watch out

for the nutritional buffering of these, some like Vitamin D3 are

animal-based (D2 is vegan). Special K has whey in it here as well.

Of course, these are all genetically engineered as well...and a lot of them

don't use whole grains..may as well eat cardboard..blech..
