Stoa Restaurant - New Gourment Veg Restaurant in Palo Alto

Hi everyone,

 

I am hoping that this is not a repeat of a previous post, but I went

to a new gourment vegetarian restaurant this weekend in Palo Alto and

had to share the info! My partner and I tried it on Friday night, and

it was very good. It's a Millenium-esque menu with a focus on

creative vegetarian cuisine

 

This restaurant has only been open for two weeks, and it's already

showing good promise! For some of you, the address might look

familiar. Meekk's vegetarian restaurant was at this location, and

now she is actually part of this new restaurant.

 

My partner and I are both vegan, and we did have plenty of options.

He had the cassoulet, and I had the butternut " steak " and both of

these entrees were very well prepared. We started off with a grilled

asparagus appetizer that was also very tasty. I think there only

shortcoming was the lack of vegan desserts, but we were very full

when we got to that point anyway!
