Guest guest Posted May 26, 2003 Report Share Posted May 26, 2003 The reason we have allergies is because our body is so polluted and our immune system is overwelmed. Since our immune system is already working hard to clean out the crap we get from the air, water, food, etc. there is not enough energy left to deal with allergens. This is why we get the symptoms. I have recently started a detox program and am slowly seeing some results. I encourage you to stay away from the allergy medictions because they will only make things worse in the long run.
