I am building a catering and event planning company out of marin, and have a weekly gig at the Oxygen bar in SF. Every week I highlight a different menu theme made with all fresh, organic, vegan, living materials. this weeks menu is as follows... Inian platter: - " creamy " spinach allah with marinated kali -shredded carrot salad with cinnamin-raisin and curry spices -sweet kabuli " rice " made of almond, parsnip and bing cherries dessert: -cashew " cheese " cake with brazil-nut crust 2 course platter: $12 3 course platter: $15 dessert: $5 a full-course meal served with complenmentary savory nan " bread " hope to meet some of you there! <<michelle>> Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
