While it's not required that the restaurant be veg, vegan food should be available. So far, here is the short list of what I've come up with: Bok Choy Garden, Millennium, Maharani If anyone else knows of other possibilities, could you please let me know the name of the restaurant, and any add'l info -- address, tel #, vegan food options available, parking/public transit Thanks so much!
