Hi all,

 

If you're going to Warren's VFP on Sunday, I have a favor to ask of you:

Please send me the recipe for your dish!

 

What tends to happen is people love the food, and then everyone wants the

recipe :-) So we try to get them up on the website so people can find

them -- and you don't have to email it out a gazillion times.

With all this discussion about sugar, I thought I'd point out that Kelly
