Guest guest
I am confident that many of the people who work at and visit the zoo truly love animals and have the best intentions for them; however, I find the existence of zoos ethically questionable and choose not to support them. PETA's fact sheet on zoos does a great job of explaining the dangers of putting animals on display... http://www.peta-online.org/mc/facts/fsent3.html - C. > On Thu, 5 Jun 2003, Caity McCardell wrote: > > > I've been having a conversation/debate with a friend about zoos. Guest guest
I've avoided zoo's for many years. One reason I'm against them is for keeping gorillas. Gorillas are shy animals, and putting them on display is mental abuse for them. tony On Thursday, June 5, 2003, at 02:36 PM, Caity McCardell wrote: > I've been having a conversation/debate with a friend about zoos.
