Hello all, and thank you so much for your stream of replies and VEGAN

support!!

It's great to hear all your stories and advice, it is very helpful. I can't

believe I was envisioning actually looking at fish or something in a skillet

and having no idea what to do with it, let alone eat it!!! YIKES!

I am still sick, same symptoms... I started taking lots of vitamin c, and a

b-12, and a immune system supplement, i feel like i need all the help i can

get. and i'm eating quite well (i work at organic cafe!) actually i was

feeling a wee bit better today after doing all those things. I'm going to be

seeing a naturopath/md/herbalist in a week, so i'll be able to get some

bloodwork and things done, and hopefully shed some light on this mysterious

sickness.

Reading all the columns about b12 deficiencies, sounds like if that's the

case with me i'll need more than a b12 supplement. hopefully i'm not too

deficient, if i am at all. we'll see.

i'll keep you posted on what happens, thank you again for all you help, i

really appreciate it!
