It's vegan if you leave off the barbecue sauce, and all reports are that it tastes fantastic. Please help send a message of support for the McVeggie by going and buying one today. Seeing the world's largest restaurant chain offer a veggie burger nationwide would be a significant step in offering millions of Americans a healthier and more humane fast-food option that could significantly reduce demand for meat.
