Guest guest
I'd recommend eating fruit for breakfast (e.g. watermelon and other melon is esp. good for " breaking your fast " gently, i.e. your first meal since the previous day), maybe some green leafy and/or sprout juice if you're detoxing, then a salad for lunch with soaked flax seeds in the dressing, maybe some algae too, then have a green juice during the day. If you must eat some cooked foods, try eating lower temp. steamed/boiled foods, esp. soups, instead of baked or fried food. I eat this way, and have had excellent blood vitamin tests over the years, but I do take a B12 sublingual tablet now and then (the brand I usually buy is Country Life). I have had one longtime vegan friend, and one longtime ovo-lacto vegetarian friend (both women, the former drank alcohol daily, the latter smoked), develop severe B12 deficiency, and Vegsource maintains that insects in fruits and veggies are the main source of B12 for vegetarian primates. So be careful on that point! Best wishes, JP
