Okay, first of all, the place is going to be in transition for a couple of months. I'm looking for someone for July 1st...but another roommate is going to be moving north in September. The apartment: It's hard to describe. Kind of a 2-3 bedroom that has been a 3 bedroom for years. Unfortunately, this means there's no common space except the kitchen. The two bedrooms in the front (yours) are cheaper. One will be kept for my other roommate who will only be here a couple of days a week for work. They open up onto the kitchen. I pay a bit more and have kind of a room and a half in the back. There's a split bathroom and a back yard also. The downstairs neighbors aren't the friendliest...but the rent is so cheap I stay here and try to ignore them. I'm looking for someone who may/may not be queer, interesting, and won't cook meat or eggs in the house. It would be great if you were vegan... It would be nice to do some cooking together so we had some food for the week...but it's also okay if we don't. I'm 35, the guy who'll be here part time is 32??...It would be nice if you were over 25...but again, if we get along that's more important. I want someone who's looking for a long-term situation, and needs this place because the rent is cheap. Cats are negotiable. There's no clause in the lease saying we can or cannot have cats, and we've had two cats here for a year. Ummmm, that's about it. Oh, no smoking (occasional pot okay), drugs, heavy drinking. E-mail me a bit about yourself. Thanks
