thanks for the interest everyone! as for tammy's question, yes we

have quite a selection of teas (probably about 15-20) including the

numi brand which features a few organic varieties. we do have soymilk

which we can use in any of our espresso drinks as well as our

delicious spicy chai. (my personal favorite with a touch of vanilla

added!). and, i was thinking more about our vegan options and while

they're not many, they include: a yummy breakfast wrap w/no eggs

requested, fresh fruit, a great selection of veggies, granola,

oatmeal, hearty homefries, a huge and tomato-y veggie polenta,

delicious bruschetta and veggie bread pizzas with no cheese requested

and a homemade veggie burger that i believe has no cheese or egg. we

make and bake most of pastries at the cafe including the occasional

vegan nut bread - but i'll have to check on whether or not our

homemade bagels have egg in them. drop me a line if you have any more

questions or if you'd like to get together and come out to the cafe!

peace,

lisa
