There was a shorter interval than usual between May and June's class! Join us for what will be a great class! Hi everyone, We had a great time in May's Vegetarian Cooking Class as we demystified tofu and tempeh, and we look forward to having you join us in June for our PIZZA class! As usual, we will demonstrate delicious dishes, debunk myths regarding plant-based eating, and enjoy lots of food food! June's cooking class is yet another testament to the abundance of fabulously delicious, filling, and nutritious food you enjoy when you leave behind the meat and dairy. Join us on Sunday June 22nd and learn to make: -Basic Pizza Dough -Fresh Basil Pesto -Basic Tomato Sauce -Tomato Garden Pizza -Basil Pesto Pizza -Nacho Grande Pizza - " Cheese " Pizza with " Pepperoni " and " Sausage " -Quick Pizza Variations BONUS: In addition to what we're actually cooking, we will provide you with a bevy of resources, suggestions, and ideas for plant-based cooking.
