Suggested donation: minimum of $100. - $140. each (sliding

scale) After June 20th the minimum will be $125.

Lunch: soup, salad and dressing showcasing local farmer's

market seasonal produce. Dinner: black olive/black sesame

hummus, spicy red hummus, traditional hummus, vegetable flax

crips, marinated chiffonade of kale salad with wild greens,

mango mousse torte, a chocolate mousse torte with fresh

strawberries and coconut macadamia crust.

 

Also includes; knife techniques, and equipment use, class

recipes . There will be socializing after dinner with

dancing, and paddle-boats available.

 

Important: Please bring your own knives and cutting board.

 

Matt Samuelson is a Staff Chef and Instructor. Matt offers

services from personalized raw food lifestyle training to

setting up kitchens for major spas and retreat centers. His

simple approach makes learning easy and food preparation

fun. Matt is considered a master in the areas of culturing

and artful food presentation.
