Dinner: black olive/black sesame hummus, spicy red hummus, traditional hummus, vegetable flax crips, marinated chiffonade of kale salad with wild greens, mango mousse torte, a chocolate mousse torte with fresh strawberries and coconut macadamia crust. Also includes; knife techniques, and equipment use, class recipes . There will be socializing after dinner with dancing, and paddle-boats available.
