> I have a friend who was just diagnosed with asthma. She's probably had it

for a while but was diagnosed following a very severe attack, and now is

continuously taking medication, and her lungs are still only at 70%

capacity.

regular basis. My previous attempts to gently tell her about a possible

link, were not taken seriously, and to be honest, I have no direct proof

that there really is a link.

story to tell? Namely, if you had asthma, and becoming vegan (specifically,

giving up milk products) aleviated it in any way, I'd like to hear about it.

You can click on " Related Articles " for any study to try to find others like

it.

It looks to me like milk might exacerbate asthma in some people. One way to

find out it is to eliminate it for a few days and see what happens.
