Hi ya all,

I need to share this great product with you all. Some noticed them at

the Yosemite camping trip.

http://www.healthcocanada.com/products.htm

#1 - Re-Bar

" a bar packed with 20 varieties of ORGANIC vegetables and fruits ,

that's two cups of fruits and two cups of raw vegetables in every bar "

#2 - Grains and Green

Just like Re-Bar, only they add seeds and grains.

Both taste great! I found them in Canada about 4 yrs ago, and slowly

they are finding there way into our local stores. Some Whole Foods and

Rainbow in SF carry the Re-Bar. Currently the Grains and Greens can

only be mail ordered, or you can find them in the stores up in Canada.

Okay, what so good... no added sugars, no Soy, no junk, all organic.

Plug veggies. Cliff and Boulder are fine for some, but they are more

like cookies than " sports " bars. Cliff is full of soy, 220 calories.

Re-bar 160, zero fat. Grains and Greens, 160 and 1.6 grams of fat.

Good kind, flax, and other seeds. No nuts, no soy, all organic and

vegan. If you like dried fruit, you'll do fine with the texture.

Tastes like fruit more than the greens. So no funny " green " after

taste. And the Gains and Greens add a nice crunch, while still being

naturally sweet like the Re-bars.

Why do I say all this... well, I'd hate for them to disappear like so

many other products we love, and then get pushed out for the " big

players " for that valuable space. Look at Amazakie's Rice Pudding as

an example. Short of Rainbow, no one else will even carry it!

Oh, and the people at Health Co Canda. are wonderful. Take the " new

flavors survey " and see if you're favorite fruit with make a future

version.

You can also order online

hope you can find them. If you know of something equally as good and

healthy, please share!
