Join us on Sunday July 20th as we whip up: -Indian-spiced Quinoa with Raisins and Pinenuts -Cannellini Beans with Tomatoes and Herbs -Saffron Basmati Rice with Curried Apricot Sauce -Chana Masala (Curried Chickpeas) -Bulgur with Potatoes, Asparagus, and Pumpkin Seeds In addition to what we're actually cooking, we will provide you with a bevy of resources, suggestions, and ideas for plant-based cooking, including ideas for menu-planning. We'll also be offering a raffle, sponsored by VegNews (www.vegnews.com), the winner of which will receive a one-year subscription to VegNews, an inspiring, resourceful, information-packed publication, filled with vegetarian news, interviews, travel tales, recipes, book reviews, events, veg products, and so much more!
