Please join us to a vegan Thanksgiving Dinner:

Mushroom Pate-fig chutney-grilled vegetables-roasted chestnuts-

curried pumpkin spread

 

Salad

baby spinach-winter greens-satsumi mandarins-shaved beets-fennel-

ginger-carrot vinaigrette-spiced hazelnuts

 

Entree

Served with maple-pecan-roasted yams, roasted shallots brassica

vegetable medley & cranberry quince relish

 

Wild mushroom torte-marinated seitan-wild mushrooms-tender yuba-crisp

pastry crust-custard of truffled yukon gold potato-porcini mushroom

gravy

Pumpkin chiffon pie with pomegranate reduction
