Guest guest Posted April 11, 2004 Report Share Posted April 11, 2004 Dear Animal Advocates: ON APRIL 17, PLEASE COME TO THE PROTEST FOR THE SAKE OF ANIMALS USED IN CRUEL EXPERIMENTS AT UCSF, the greatest protest (in a while) on behalf of animals in labs. If you care about cats, dogs, nonhuman primates, rabbits, pigs, guinea pigs, sheep, mice, rats, hamsters, ferrets, squirrels (ab)used in laboratory experiments in the guise of scientific research, you must come to the Kick-Off Protest Rally for World Week for Animals in Laboratories (WWAIL). April 17, Saturday Time: 11:00 AM till 2 PM Place: University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) Address: 513 Parnassus Avenue, San Francisco Directions re Public Transit: (Please see below) What to Bring: Yourself mainly, a warm jacket (it gets cold out there sometimes), a sign (if you want), canine companion or other companion animal (including humans) PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION TO UCSF: UCSF is located at 513 Parnassus Avenue in San Francisco, easily reached by the 6-Parnassus bus or 43-Masonic bus, both of which stop in front of UCSF on Parnassus Avenue; or the N Judah streetcar - exit streetcar at Arguello, enter UCSF via entrance on Arguello and take elevator up to Parnassus Avenue, or walk back one block and then walk up the hill to Parnassus).
