With Atkins — and Other High Protein Diets? " All

Description: George Eisman is one of the nation's

foremost educators on vegetarian nutrition. He is the

author of two books, The Most Noble Diet (1994) and A

Basic Course in Vegetarian and Vegan Nutrition

(2003). As a faculty member in Dietetics and Nutrition

at several universities and colleges he created the

first accredited program in

Vegetarian Studies. He has worked in a children's

hospital, a nursing home, and public health agencies

and is a popular speaker at events and

conferences.

Cost: EarthSave members $15, Non-Members $18.

Advance reservations required by 12 noon on Saturday,

May 15.
