volunteers needed

Hi everyone,

 

My name is Noelle Tornatore and I am filling in for Nancy as volunteer

coordinator while she is out of town. The SFVS is participating in the

following events and we need your help. The SFVS will have a table at

each event with literature to hand out. If you can volunteer for 2-3

hours (or 1-2 hours if that is all you have time for) we would really

appreciate it. Most of the shifts I've listed are in 2-2.5 hour blocks

of time. If you want to volunteer for part of a shift let me know.

Ideally we would like to have someone at the table for the entire

event. I've included the web site for each event (I couldn't find one

for the EPA event) so you can get more information about the event,

maps, directions etc...

 

This first event is coming up next weekend if you want to volunteer let

me know.

Most of the traffic during this event will be during breaks from the

plenary sessions so you may want to bring a book to read. *You should

have a car to transport materials back if you sign up for the last

shift. Tracy will make arrangements to pick them up.
