Memorial Day Special: $25 per person!

 

**Most of the dishes are perfect to take to a Memorial Day party.

 

Because of our pressing schedules, most of us eat on the run and may not take

the time to eat whole, unprocessed, healthful meals. Join us on May 29th as we

make delicious dishes in 30 minutes. We'll also debunk myths regarding

plant-based eating, eat lots of food samples, and have a lot of fun!

 

MENU:

-Hot Tamale Pie

-Tasty Tacos

-Vegetable and Rice Paella

-Linguini with Broccoli and Pine Nuts

-Magic Chocolate Cake

compassionatecooks. Once you let me know that you would like to

attend, simply write a check, make it out to Colleen A. Patrick-Goudreau, and

put 'cooking class' in the memo field. Mail it to P.O. Box 18512 Oakland, CA

Compassionate Cooks is a nonprofit organization dedicated to raising awareness

about society's treatment of animals and to helping remove barriers to

vegetarianism by teaching cooking classes, nutrition courses, and humane
