That's very impressive to be able to switch that fast... most people take a

while to phase out meat and even longer to phase out cheese.

 

We're glad you could join us.

 

Besides , I'd also encourage you to join the -- which is

incredibly active in terms of events, socliazing, activities, etc.

 

Watch the groups for events coming soon. For my part I am doing a vegan dinner

party on thursday in SF, and will also be doing 3 movie/veggie dinner events in

the next couple weeks.

Rainbow Grocery here in SF is considered the epicenter of vegetarian products.

But even the Safeways here have some good stuff, and of course farmer's markets

are a good choice because of many vegetables at reasonable prices.
