I'm new to SF and am very interested in being involved with the vegan community here, activism, potlucks, meeting new people, etc. I'm vegan and I love to cook even if i'm not so great at it, which brings me to my point... I just got a new copy of 'Simply Vegan' as a gift. The recipes are all pretty easy to do, but some are quite good. The best part is all the nutritional info (including calorie counts for each recipe). Anyway I already have a copy of this and would like to trade for any other vegan cookbook (except the big one i think 'vegan planet'). Simply Vegan is brand new but i dont mind trading for a quite used copy as long as its readable. Any takers???
