Guest guest
A waiter at Herbivore a few years ago told me that he isn't vegan because he'd become too skinny & lose his muscles. I'm sure we've all heard similar concerns (although it's really frustrating that someone at Herbivore would spread that message! -- A busser at Millenium also told me it's too hard to go vegetarian, which was comforting for my meat-eating friend who I'd brought with me to hear!). Anyway I'm going to memorize the address www.veganbodybuilding.org/kenneth so I'll have a good response about the muscle issue in the future. Guest guest
Hmmm. Isn't it inappropriate for the restaurant staff to be discussing their diets with customers? Particularly if they counter the philosophy of the restaurant. They should really keep that sort of information to themselves.
