March Vegetarian Cooking Class: Stick-to-Your-Ribs Comfort Food

Our emotional connection to food is incredibly strong, as it often triggers some

of our fondest memories. There is absolutely no reason to give this up when we

eliminate meat and dairy from our diet. We can still have our (chocolately

chocolate) cake and eat it, too!

Join Compassionate Cooks (http://www.compassionatecooks.com) in our March class

as we re-visit the foods that you knew and loved growing up. We'll also debunk

myths regarding plant-based eating, eat lots of food samples, and have a lot of

fun!

***We focus on whole foods and use primarily organic ingredients.***

ON THE MENU:

Our March cooking class is yet another testament to the abundance of fabulously

delicious, filling, and nutritious food you enjoy when you leave behind the meat

and dairy. Bring a friend, and come hungry!
