April Vegetarian Cooking Class: Healthful Mediterranean Feast

We all know how healthful mediterranean food is - lots of fresh veggies,

monounsaturated fats, Omega-3 fatty acids, and super flavors! Join Compassionate

Cooks (http://www.compassionatecooks.com) in our April class as we visit the

foods that are delicious, nutritious, and packed with color. We'll also debunk

myths regarding plant-based eating, eat lots of food samples, and have a lot of

fun!

 

***We focus on whole foods and use primarily organic ingredients.***

Our April cooking class is yet another testament to the abundance of fabulously

delicious, filling, and nutritious food you enjoy when you leave behind the meat

and dairy. Bring a friend, and come hungry!

 

-Red Lentil Pate

-Stacked Polenta with Fresh Veggies

-Asparagus Soup with Thyme

-Spring Vegetable Risotto

-Light Lemon Bundt Cake
