In our most popular cooking class, we demonstrate five delicious, nutritious dishes, including Harvest- Stuffed Winter Squash, Sensational Stuffing with Toasted Nuts and Raisins, Mashed Potatoes with Carmelized Onions, Glazed Garlic Green Beans, and Pumpkin Pie with Pecan Crust.
