The Cancer Project, a national nonprofit, is seeking vegetarian cooking

instructors across the United States to expand its Food for Life Nutrition &

Cooking Classes for Cancer Prevention & Survival. The classes offer

invaluable nutrition information and cooking advice for cancer survivors or

anyone looking to lower their risk of the disease. Classes are currently

being offered in supermarkets, hospitals, workplaces, schools, and other

venues in over 34 cities. The Cancer Project provides a two-day training,

marketing help, all materials, and a stipend. The ideal candidate will be a

health professional and/or have extensive experience in vegetarian food
