Good luck, Moderator Hi SF Vegetarian Society: I wonder if you could help us with this: We organize in-residence meditation courses at our facility at Cobb Mountain, near Clearlake (about 2 hours drive from SF). These are usually once a month for 3 or 4 days, with 30 to 60 people although there is a possibility we will be arranging a month long course soon. We are looking for a couple of quality Vegetarian Chefs to cook lunches and dinners. Room and board would be included in this former resort, now meditation facility, surrounded by pine trees, documented to have the freshest air in all of California. Do you know where we could find a list of potential Chefs for this? Do you know whom we should call?
