Guest guest
These are not the best cakes to eat,, sort of heavy and high in calorie. (I personally don't like it at all.) My friend thought it was hard to find them, in fact many places have them. Lucky Creation in SF has 7 kinds Cheung Yuen on Pacific between Grant and Kearny has them, just choose the one without the egg yokes the above restaurants are listed in the Vegetarian Ultimate Guide. ask your friend if you dont' know where it is. overall most Chinese bakery will have vegan versions of moon cakes, just watch out for those who still make them with lard. sign, Sunny signature: I turned off the volume on my phone now.
