below is the contact info for the local army corp

office. i haven't contacted them yet, but from

previous experiences, it is usually good to have a

specific project complaint/comment in hand or they

will give you the typical double talk that they are

doing everything to protect our nation's water supply.

but it couldn't hurt to let them know one's concerns

in general terms as well. thanks for the update.
