Guest guest
Forwarding from Nancy Lowen, SFVS Volunteer Coordinator. Dear Volunteers: The Green Festival is just around the proverbial corner, and we need volunteers to promote the meat-free life at the San Francisco Vegetarian Society's information table. The Green Festival attracts a huge crowd, and takes place on November 10-12 at the San Francisco Concourse Exhibition Center, 8th and Brannan Streets. Please see www.greenfestivals.org for details about the event. Two volunteers are needed for each of the following shifts. Volunteers have free access to the event. Please note that we will be allotted a limited number of free passes -- I don't have the exact number right now -- and so the time you can stay at the event after your shift (for free) is dependent on that number! The shifts are as follows: Friday, November 10 2:00 - 5:00 p.m. 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Saturday, November 11 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Sunday, November 12 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Please contact me, Nancy Loewen, at nloewen or phone me at (415) 750-0614. If you have already contacted me about volunteering, please do so again! I will get back to you confirming your shift and giving further details. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH! Gratefully, Nancy Loewen
